From Fair to Faire
We loved No Longer Empty’s “How Much Do I Owe You,” and were super excited to learn about their event collaboration with our friends at Untapped Cities….and that the collabo involves eating. Only 30 lucky art lovers will get to indulge in a 5 course meal right in the middle of the exhibition this Saturday. Get your tax deductible tix (for just $125) here!
The dinner will take place in the former Bank of Manhattan now known as the Clock Tower. This former bank, historically tied to Aaron Burr, has been transformed into an immersive exhibition titled “How Much Do I Owe You?” that explores reflective notions of debt, exchange, value and money.
The evening begins with cocktails in the Clock Tower with expansive views of Manhattan. Inspired by the robber barons and grandiosity at the time the Bank was built by a multi-course seated dinner by Chef Will Griffin of Local Roots (a Farm to Table organization) will be served to 30 guests. As dessert is served, the evening concludes with a site-inspired special performance by Korean artist Hayoon Jay Lee.
This fundraiser is organized in collaboration among No Longer Empty, Untapped Cities, Local RootsNYC and is designed to create a unique opportunity to experience an evening of meaningful cuisine and good company in an extraordinary setting. ??We hope that you will join us for the last evening of “How Much Do I Owe You?”!??When: Saturday, March 16th at 7pm?Where: The Clock Tower at 29-27 41st Avenue?
