Tight Rope Walker

No, the sculpture at Revson Plaza is not an homage to Man on a Wire, but actually a bronze gifted in 1979. Created by sculptore R. Kees Verkade, it depicts one figure balancing on the shoulders of another- stretching 14.3 feet tall.
