Maser’s Geometric Abstraction for 352Walls Gainesville

The City of Gainesville Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department 352walls/Gainesville Urban Art Initiative, in collaboration with Santa Fe College’s Department of Fine Arts and supported by the National Institute of Urban Art, has hosted acclaimed urban artist Maser from Sunday, Nov. 12-Monday, Nov. 20 at their Northwest Campus, located at 3000 NW 83rd St.

The newly complete mural envelops the college’s two-story Fine Arts Department Building (Building E) with a dramatic mural in his signature colorful, graphic style. The project is the largest of the more than 30 artworks the 352walls has undertaken to date, and the first public art work produced at Santa Fe College by an outside, internationally-renowned artist.
