Williamsburg has become rampant with street art, and for a time I had my very own curated spot above my old apartment on Bedford Avenue. First Shepard Fairey installed a piece in 2010 during the May Day show at Deitch. Now a monster face by my brother/bestie Kid Zoom aka Ian Strange, peers down over the hipster runway on Bedford Avenue below, showing that he has conquered the NY art world in just over a year since moving from Australia.
