Today starts with a 6km run. I maintain this impressed look on my face for the next 2 or 3 hours, so that’s it for selfies.

After I stop sweating it’s into the studio to answer emails, check Twitter, and try to convince myself to quit Facebook.

Packing up the latest sold in a series of eBay pieces to help me raise some money for some equipment for an experiment

In the afternoon I’m on my bike to gather images for degrassipanthers.com. Everyone needs a summer project, and mine is documenting shoot locations from a 26 year old Canadian teen drama.

A lot has changed in downtown Toronto since 1986 when Wheels met his biological father Mike, but this is one of the good locations.

It’s a detail oriented project. I’ve been mapping it for 2 years on and off, and now I’m trying to reshoot before and after in a 26 year gap. I can get a little difficult.

Closing out my day on a high note; Learning to throw axes with some friends at B.A.T.L. Because I never committed to hockey or lacrosse as a kid I feel like this balances out my Canadian…ness?…osity?…ism?
