Cotton Candy Machine

Congrats to Tara and Sean on the birth of their adorable baby, Ronan!

Fans of the incredible illustrator, artist, teacher and rock-n-roll mama Tara McPherson will be in eye-candy heaven at her aptly named Williamsburg outpost, Cotton Candy Machine. Stocked full of the artist’s t-shirts, rock posters, pillows, prints and books, the pink and turquoise hued store is a fun way to spend an afternoon.

Formerly a gallery, then Tara’s studio, the space was transformed into a store and small gallery space, which promotes up and coming artists in Tara’s genre of bold illustrative and pop surrealist art. The gallery has shown the likes of Skinner, Travis Louis, Esao Andrews, David M Cook, Scott C, Buff Monster and Jerremyville. The shop also hosts book and print signings from artists from around the world.

And as their name dictates, each event is not complete without fresh, hot cotton candy!
